To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTW SRL’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall be limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to OTW SRL for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (Italy)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you, the courts of Milano, Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where mandatory consumer laws provide so. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that cannot be waived by contract.
